CASS™ / DPV® Only
CASS™ Address Correction: Matches and corrects each address against current USPS® data. EZ24x7 (formerly Mail*STAR) has been USPS CASS Certified™ since 1996.
DPV® Verification: Confirms that each CASS-processed address represents a valid USPS® delivery point and identifies vacancies or issues that could affect delivery. EZ24x7’s DPV module has been USPS Certified since 2003.
Change-of-Address Processing
All input addresses submitted to NCOALink® must first be CASS-processed and DPV-confirmed with a full ZIP+4® and Intelligent Mail® barcode.
EZ24x7’s integrated NCOALink® solution matches each name and address against the USPS® Change-of-Address database, returning the new forwarding address along with the original record to reduce undeliverable mail and maintain USPS compliance.

LACSLink®
Converts rural route or renumbered addresses to city-style formats, ensuring compliance with emergency services and postal delivery standards.
RDI® (Residential Delivery Indicator)
Identifies whether an address is residential or business — critical for optimizing postage rates and delivery efficiency. (Separate USPS® licensing applies.)
eLOT® (Enhanced Line of Travel)
Provides the ability to sort mailings in approximate carrier delivery sequence — required for Enhanced Carrier Route Sortation discounts.
Presort Integration
Automatically prepares lists for USPS presort, generating all required forms and barcodes for streamlined mail entry.
