EZ24x7 Presort and Printing

EZ24x7 Presort Software fully meets all USPS® automation requirements for bulk mail preparation. Your NCOALink® processed list is automatically sorted into tray or sack order, generating all required postal documentation including the USPS Qualification Report, barcoded tray/sack labels, and Postage Summary.

Presort Options

EZ24x7 supports a complete range of USPS® presort categories and mail classes:

  • First-Class™ Mail – Automation Letters/Cards and Flats

  • Standard Mail® – Automation Letters and Flats

  • Periodicals – Automation Letters and Flats

  • Enhanced Carrier Route (requires eLOT® add-on)

  • Profit / Non-Profit Mailings

  • Mail Piece Dimensions: Width, height, thickness, and weight settings


CASS™ Summary Report – PS Form 3553

Each presort job automatically generates PS Form 3553, the CASS™ Summary Report, which serves as official USPS® proof of address correction.
This form ensures your presorted mail qualifies for automation discounts and Move Update compliance.


Qualification Reports

The USPS® Qualification Report produced by EZ24x7 Presort provides detailed tray or sack preparation instructions.
This report acts as your production guide, simplifying the process of loading and organizing mail trays or sacks for shipment.


Postage Statements

EZ24x7 generates USPS®-approved Postage Statements for each mailing, providing a full breakdown of postage costs, weights, and quantities.
These self-invoicing reports summarize the class, sortation level, and total postage due — ready for submission to the USPS.

Postage Statements include:

  • PS Form 3600-R: First-Class Mail®

  • PS Form 3602-N: Nonprofit Standard Mail®

  • PS Form 3602-R: Standard Mail®


Barcoded Tray and Sack Labels

Every tray and sack includes a USPS® barcoded label generated by EZ24x7 Presort — ready to print and apply.
These labels ensure smooth mail acceptance and efficient processing at USPS® facilities.


Mail Piece Preparation

If recipient names and addresses are printed directly onto envelopes or labels, EZ24x7 Print produces them in presort order, perfectly aligned with your tray or sack arrangement.

Choose from:

  • Predefined address labels and envelopes (with or without return address and permit imprint)

  • User-defined layouts for newsletters, bulletins, or custom mail pieces

Note: The Postage Summary feature for periodical letters and flats is currently in development.
